The profile of the New York State Consumer Protection Board (CPB) has risen measurably over the past several years as the Agency enhanced its efforts to protect New Yorkers. The CPB is pleased to share its Annual Report for Fiscal Year (FY) 2009/2010, highlighting the important work of the State's consumer watchdog and "think tank" Agency in the Executive Branch.
The Annual Report details the CPB's efforts, actions and achievements on behalf of New Yorkers in a web-based, paperless format, consistent with the State's policies to conserve, improve, and protect natural resources and the environment.
