Consumer Alerts via NY Alert
Receive consumer alerts by signing up for consumer information on NY Alert. Through the NY Alert system, consumers receive Division messages via user-chosen distribution channels, including e-mail, wireless phone, Twitter, etc. The NY Alert system features a special text-to-voice option to deliver messages to the visually impaired.
Consumer RSS Feeds
The Division maintains several Really Simple Syndication, or RSS, feeds of consumer content. Users can view and subscribe to these feeds. Other recall RSS feeds can be found in the Consumer Alerts and Recalls page.
