- Have you done jobs like mine before? How many? When?
- What is your business address and business telephone number? If a contractor only gives a P.O.Box address or a cell phone number, it may be difficult to contact the contractor if the need arises.
- Will my project require a permit? If so, will you obtain any necessary permits?
- What is your current workload? Delays and other problems may occur if a contractor is working on too many jobs at once.
- Will your employees do the work or will you subcontract?
- Will you personally be on site while work is done? How often?
